10th Oct to 14th Oct Storyboarding and planning.
17th Oct to 21st Oct Filming and Editing.
31st Oct to 4th Nov Editing. Final Cut Deadline:End of last lesson this week,
7th Nov to 11th Nov Writing. Interim deadline Monday 14th Nov.
Final writing deadline Monday 21st Nov e-mailed to your teacher.

Children's Film Opening Sequence Evaluation Questions

In your evaluation, you must answer and illustrate the following questions:

1. In what ways does your media product use, develop or challenge forms and conventions of real media products?

2. How does your media product represent particular social groups?

3. What kind of media institution might distribute your media product and why?

4. Who would be the audience for your media product?

5. How did you attract/ address your audience?

6. What have you learnt about technologies from the process of constructing this product?

7. Looking back at your preliminary task, what do you feel you have learnt in the progression from it to the full product?

PROBLEMS WITH PHOTO UPLOADS TO BLOGGER.

You may experience some problems with photo uploading in blogger.

When uploading a picture, blogger may tell you that you have gone over your limit. This may occur if you have uploaded too many high res pictures in a short period of time.

(If this happens - you may want to think about being more selective with the pictures you upload, to avoid this problem happening again).

If this problem occurs, please follow the step-by-step guide below:

Go to flickr.com and log in.
Username: longroadchildrensfilm10
Password: mediastudies
Upload any pictures you require (label them so that you can find them).
Find the picture that you want to upload to your blog.
Click on 'Share This' and Grab the HTML code. Copy and paste this code into your blog. Repeat this process for all the pictures you require.
Before you post your blog, at the bottom of the page click on 'Post Options' and select 'Interpret typed HTML'. This will convert all the code in your blog into the pictures you had flickr.
